 Parking

Parking for Weekday Shows: There is no patron parking available on site during weekday performances. See Directions and Parking for more information. Parking for Weekday Art Viewing: Please visit the Main Office to obtain a parking pass. Parking for Weekend and Evening Shows: Parking is available in the lots west of the theater.

Latecomers

Latecomers will not be seated until an appropriate break in the performance, as determined by the presenting organization.

Refunds

Tickets to Plaza events are non-refundable.

Refreshments

Outside food and/or drinks are not permitted in the theater. Bottled water, purchased from the concession area, is permitted in the theater. Food and other beverages are not allowed in the theater.

Cameras & Recording Equipment

The taking of photographs, without flash, is allowed with the client’s approval only. Video recording is also allowed with the client’s approval only. The use of any audio or video recording device is strictly prohibited in the theatre unless permission is granted by the Manager. Tripods/Bipods/Monopods are not allowed.

Smoking

Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is only permitted outside the building in designated smoking areas.

Personal Apparel

The Management is not responsible for personal apparel or other property of patrons. Lost and found items may be claimed at the Plaza office Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Call (706) 923-1655 or email email@plazacenter.org to verify if your item was found.

Bag Policy

Bags, backpacks, and other oversized items are not allowed in the theatre seating area.

Strollers

Please note, strollers, baby carriers, car seats and/or booster seats are not permitted in the theater seating area.

Emergency

Fire Exits
There are numerous, convenient, and clearly marked fire exits from all areas of the Plaza Center. Note the nearest exit as you take your seat. In case of emergency, the ushers will direct an orderly exit.

First Aid
Contact the nearest usher or Event Supervisor for assistance.
