VIDEO PRODUCTION AND EDITING CLASS
This class is open to middle school & high school students – limited to 20 students.
COURSE DESCRIPTION: Students will learn about video production and video editing in this hands-on class. Each participant will have use of a camera to learn the steps necessary to produce different types of videos. This course will teach the basics skills of video production including writing a script, creating a storyboard, shooting videos, and editing videos. Instructor Maurice Hill, Putnam County Charter Schools’ Facilities Manager, is a former freelance videographer and has a variety of video and editing equipment for students to use.
DATES: Class runs every Thursday from 4:00 – 6:00 PM for 6 weeks, beginning October 10, 2019.

TRANSPORTATION: Same options as the After School Arts Program. After school, Putnam County students may take a school bus directly to The Plaza Community Center. *Separate form required to set up bus transportation schedule! Transportation for private school and home schooled children must be arranged by parents. ALL students will need to be picked up at The Plaza Community Center at 6:00 PM by a family member.
