AFTER SCHOOL ARTS PROGRAM
The Plaza Arts Center kicks off the 2018-19 After School Art Program (ASAP) for K-8th grade in September on Tuesdays from 3:15–5:15. Each child attends once a month per the schedule listed here. Students receive a healthy snack when they arrive, then we divide the children into groups and rotate among different arts and crafts activities.
This is a FREE program but students must be registered to attend.
Click here to open a PDF version of the form. Putnam County students can drop off the form with their Homeroom Teacher. Other students can drop off the forms at The Plaza.
TRANSPORTATION: After school, Putnam County students that are registered for ASAP will take a school bus directly to the Plaza Community Center (PCC). Students will need to be picked up at 5:15 by a family member or contact listed on the registration form. Transportation for private school and home-schooled children must be arranged by parents. We hope to see many returning students and new ones!
The Plaza address is 305 N. Madison Ave. and The Plaza Community Center building is directly behind The Plaza at 100 Ulysses Rice Court, located directly off Church Street just past the library parking lot entrance. Please drop off (kids not taking the bus to ASAP) and pick up kids at the front entrance of the Plaza Community Center.
